‘The Indian Libertarian’ was a fortnightly journal, founded in 1954 by Indian liberal, Ranchhoddas Bhuvan Lotwala, and edited by his daughter Kusum R Lotwala. This edition (Vol. 7, No. 4) of the journal was published on May 15, 1959. The editorial covers the developments between India and China over the issue of Tibet and the Dalai Lama.
