‘The Indian Libertarian’ was a fortnightly journal, founded in 1954 by Indian liberal, Ranchhoddas Bhuvan Lotwala, and edited by his daughter Kusum R Lotwala. This edition (Vol. 10, No. 1) of the journal was published on April 1, 1962. The editorial discusses India’s stance on nuclear disarmament in the context of the Eighteen Nation Disarmament Conference held in Geneva, Goa’s integration with India, and the government’s stance in dealing with China.
