The following booklet is titled “Indian Industry in Post-Liberalisation Era” was published on 20, July-August, ,2001 and was authored by S.S Bhandare. The author begins by drawing a comparison between the pre-reforms era and the post-reforms era backed by empirical data and figures. Bhandare then goes on to structurally analyse the pattern of growth and degradation in various sectors with economic and quantitative measures. Now that the author is done stating the causes, they state how various discrepancies can be restricted with taking in cognisance the social and economic advancement of the masses. They also make sure to speculate the several problems that the said restructuring shall face. The author establishes a very neutral approach, which is, they point out the pros and cons of all the aspects they state like, globalisation, manpower, capital, stock market effects and how the both the social and economic consequences shall impact the new economy then. In the end , Bhandare draws an economic comparison between various countries and their commodities and the rise seen in the production per capita.
