The following booklet titled “A New Approach to Overcome Constraints on Private Sector” was authored by R. D. Aga and published on December 3rd, 1980. The author provides a personal account of various people involved in the industrial sector out of which Aga refers to Jamshedji Tata as their hero and how all these industrialists maintain their stand in the sector. A section on ‘Imaginary Address by the President of an industrial and trade apex body’ is also presented to the viewers for it contains the ideal speech that an established industrialist wants to give.
