The following booklet titled “Judiciary Vis a Vis Parliament & Executive” was authored by Anil B. Divan and published on the 25th of January, 1981. The author begins the text by providing a historical perspective of the various government bodies. The author also gives special emphasis on framing of the constitution which section mainly comprises the debates regarding the authorities of all the said institutions. Divan also encompasses various rights of citizens as well as the jurisdiction of the courts and then moves on to stating the constitutional landmark cases in the history of independent India which helped shape various laws and interpret the Constitution to its core.
