The Forum of Free Enterprise is a non-political organization founded in 1956 by A. D. Shroff, and has been established to educate public opinion in India on free enterprise and a democratic way of life. The Forum publishes booklets to further its objects. The following booklet is titled “The Indian Constitution and Judiciary” authored by Dr. P. B. Mukharji. The author has very lucidly expounded the relationship between the indian constitution, judiciary and the role politicians, executives, bureaucrats play. The writing is not specific in nature but rather an appeal to general principles, which makes its relevant across time periods.
