The following booklet titled “The Union Budget 1981-82 will not stimulate economy” was authored by H.P Raina. The author describes various industries and the budget they are allotted as mentioned in the presented Union Budget. The author also takes a note of the consequences this budget shall incur on the various industries mentioned. The said budget brings in light all the flaws and that it shall only cause specific loss to various sectors as well as how it shall have worse impacts on the economy as a whole.
