Aron Tamasi wrote for Quest, the journal of ideas sponsored by the Indian Committee for Cultural Freedom, appearing in one issue of the archive’s run (No. 21 (April-June 1959)).

Quest’s contributor note in No. 21 (April-June 1959), p. 105 reads:

ARON TAMASI at sixty is one of the major figures in Hungarian short story and drama. He was a member of the National Peasant Party and of the Hungarian Parliament but remained aloof from day to day political struggles. He has published two plays and many volumes of short stories (the latest probably being Wings of Poverty), and was awarded the Kossuth Prize during the New Course in Hungary.
