Quest’s contributor note in No. 21 (April-June 1959), p. 105 reads:

PAUL DAVID DEVANANDAN M.A., Ph.D., D.D., is the Director of the Christian Institute for the Study of Religion and Society, Bangalore. Author of The Concept of Maya (Lutterworth 1947) and other publications; joint editor of the quarterly Religion and Society published by CISRS.
