Robert Flynn

Robert Flynn wrote for Quest, the journal of ideas sponsored by the Indian Committee for Cultural Freedom, appearing in one issue of the archive’s run (Vol. I No. 6 (June-July 1956)).

Quest’s contributor note in Vol. I No. 6 (June-July 1956), p. 73 reads:

Robert Flynn works as a research analyst in Human Relations Area Files Incorporated, U.S.A. This is a social science research organization sponsored by sixteen member universities, with headquarters at Yale. It is a unique kind of reference library which organizes material on a wide variety of subjects and then makes it available to each of the sponsoring organizations through photostat and microfilming methods. The reader is not merely referred to lists of books on any particular topic but is actually provided with full summaries of them and comprehensive data from all relevant sources.
