S. R. Quest’s contributor note in Vol. II No. 3 (December 1956-January 1957), p. 79 reads:

S. R. Tikekar is the author of several books in Marathi on his travels in Burma, Afghanistan and Middle Eastern countries. He is a prolific writer and broadcaster on a variety of subjects.
