Quest’s contributor note in No. 17 (April - June 1958), p. 95 reads:

Bishnu Dey, one of the major poets of Bengal after Tagore, teaches English Literature a t Central College, Calcutta. His publications include half a dozen books of verse, two volumes of essays in literary criticism, two books of translation from Western poets, including one from T. S. Eliot.

Quest’s contributor note in No. 18 (July-September 1958), p. 93 reads:

Bishnu Dey, the leading Marxist poet of Bengal, was introduced in our previous issue.
